I am the creator of the biggest movement of executives in Brazil, Open Mind Brazil. We are a company focused on structured relationships between directors and presidents of large companies, creating a powerful network and a very engaged collaborative network. As CEO of Open Mind Brazil my role is to lead a team of great leaders in the national market through a communication and interactivity platform that promotes business and information among the "Board of the national supply chain". Open Mind Brazil has an advisory board to which include great executives and entrepreneurs where I have the honor of occupying the position of Chairman of the Board. My role as Chairman of the Board is to guide important topics for the governance, equity, engagement and quality of our brotherhood of great executives. I am the creator of Agroconnections, an agribusiness relationship marketing movement whose purpose is to generate agribusiness through networking with large Brazilian farmers. Through Open Mind Brazil and Agroconnections I gained visibility and a channel of dialogue with political authorities at municipal, state and federal levels, actively developing discussions between the government and leaders of the Brazilian production chain. We have become protagonists of Brazil's economic development through connections from the corporate market and Brazilian Agro-Brazilian. Currently, I also hold the position of Executive Director at Autoservice, a Grupo Sada company that operates in Automotive Logistics, providing transport, storage and services for large fleet owners. Grupo SADA is one of the largest logistics operators in Latin America, employing more than 5,000 people and with annual sales exceeding 4 billion reais. I am a columnist for Jornal O Tempo, one of the largest printed newspapers in the State of Minas Gerais, where I write weekly articles related to management, economics, networking, business and leadership. My purpose is to share some of my knowledge acquired through my professional experience and my networking with readers who can use the information to overcome crisis and personal and professional growth. I consider my main skills to be the ability to engage and lead people in a purpose, communication in its multiple channels (in person and online) and networking which I believe brings together allies for the corporate journey and strategic partners.
