I have a generalist background in Human Resources Management and all my experience was acquired in the following business niches: pharmaceutical, entertainment, automotive, development, construction and administration of shopping centers.Today, I work in the distribution sector of musical instruments and audio and video equipment, in a Swiss company with 103 years of leadership in this market.In this company, I implemented and manage all Human Resources Management processes and I am also part of the strategic digital marketing committee.In this influential and renowned corporation, I establish a strategic partnership with the leaders and their teams.I execute with excellence the processes of attraction, development and management of high performance of the employees.It is important to emphasize that throughout my professional career, I had a serious and differentiated look at the value of people and the encouragement of collaboration in the work environments and in personal relationships, ensuring an organizational climate focused on business growth and team development, starting with young apprentices programs to the development of CEOs and directors.This experience allowed me to remain open to changes and continuous learning, which made me, according to the feedback from my leaders, a dynamic professional who always enabled the development of creative and strategic tools to operate in highly competitive markets.I am a natural communicator, avid reader and writer, well informed, 100% connected (with digital media and of course with people).My most praised skills have always been proactivity, creativity and mainly focus on results that add value to companies.My proposal is to use all the knowledge I acquired in Brazil and Switzerland, to contribute with a more humanized future vision in careers, in the business environment and consequently present indicators with expressive results, built based on ethics, entrepreneurial sense and appreciation of employees.My main motivational factors are the development of the strategic and creative potential of employees in success indicators within organizations.And I am also motivated by my tireless commitment to the construction of a progressive and sustainable society, because I firmly believe that when progress, understood as scientific, technological, economic and community advancement, becomes an essential pillar for the improvement of the human condition and noble corporations.
