I used to be a talkative kid that I never had a problem initiating a conversation with a stranger and keeping them comfortable. Thus, I'd rather say effective communication has been an innate ability. But along the way, I realized the importance of keeping silence, observing, listening and analyzing so that my communication can be better tailored. Working in the study abroad industry for so long in various roles have kept me curious and a quick learner while instilling and polishing skills such as corporate communication, people management, employee onboarding and training, career counselling, research and product development, problem solving, decision making, presentation, social media content creation, and organizing, handling & hosting offline and online sessions/events to name a few.It is to be noted that the above does not summarize my academic and career path in its entirety. A bachelor's in biomedical engineering, internships in hospitals, professional experience in the IT industry working as a Manual Test Engineer and a master's in business administration from the UK to quench my aspiration have taken me through various stages of learning and experiences, improving adaptability and flexibility, helping me to become the overall person I am now.Over the years, I have developed an understanding of what I enjoy and what not. I still love talking, but it is a different rush when I am addressing a larger audience. I am all in for jobs that does not bind me to a chair and a system. I love making creative presentations and storytelling and I have observed me pouring my heart out when it comes to working behind planning, organizing, making an event successful and taking the reins if need be. At the end of the day, every job role comes down to effective communication and I have been successful in doing so irrespective of my stage - my network of people will agree; I'm confident.
