Progress toward an advanced intelligence feature on Retensa's talent management software that enables clients to monitor the attrition risk, forecast the net effect of hypothetical interventions, and customize their retention solutions accordingly.• Engineer a workforce statistics/sentiment benchmarking tool through cross-functional collaboration with the Analytics, Technology, and Consulting team. Design an interactive dashboard to synthesize the talent insights derived from feedback gathered throughout the employee lifecycle. Establish a baseline for business leaders to understand the competitive landscape of their respective sectors and strive to cultivate the best in class talent-first culture.• Lead a comprehensive exit interview metadata analysis project to surface the representative employee perspectives on their work experience in the previous year. Extract the emerging recruitment, engagement, and retention trends from >10,000 surveys and >1 million data points; package them into an annual Talent Analytics webinar presented to hundreds of People & Culture executives.
