Additionally, in 2022, I assumed the position of CEO for the SaaS Business Unit for a period of three months, just before the entire company transitioned into a SaaS-exclusive model.During this time, I oversaw not only engineering and security but also played a crucial role in strategic product decisions and technical support operations. I collaborated closely with our Data Protection Officer (DPO) to mitigate security risks and ensure our compliance with LGPD/GDPR regulations.Some of my key achievements during this period include:- Implementing a QA process without slowing down delivery- Significantly reducing AWS costs and technical support tickets by approximately 60%, even as our user base expanded by 70%- Successfully clearing the technical support queue, enhancing operational efficiency- Increasing user engagement by over 50%- Innovating AI-based features that helped content creation efforts to be reduced by half
