Define and develop new multi-sensor applications for customers. • Authored Sandia white paper on the future of multi-sensor remote-sensing applications and missions.• Diagnosed and resolved imaging concerns with Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) system. Addressed customer and internal concerns about system performance by analyzing raw image data from the system. Saved extensive time by showing that system was performing within specification, apparent problems were merely misinterpretation of images.

Performed unclassified OUO research and data analysis for satellite missions. Analyzed effects of perturbations, noise and measurement errors on satellite positions and predicted orbits. • Developed new algorithms, software and methods to analyze satellite data and model perturbations. • Created a series of high-accuracy Matlab tools for high-accuracy conversions between the different coordinate systems used in orbit estimation.
