It Technician
Current• Provide technical support for 1500+ students and 200 staff members at Stepney All Saints School, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and networking issues in line with SLAs.• Manage over 70 wireless access points, optimizing WiFi coverage and performance for students and staff.• Managing and maintaining Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and group Policies.• Administer security adherence through Sophos Central• Prep different images using Systemprep and image using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and service providers for procurement and installation of network and other equipment• Create user guides and technical documentation to assist with common tasks and issues.
