I have over ten years of delivering Information Technology solutions to industry and commerce. During this period, on the management desk, I executed various tasks that included Project Management and hardware and software procurement and inventory management. Before moving into management, I did System Analysis and Designing, Implementation, Client Training and Support. On the technical side, I excelled in the following tasks; hardware and software configuration, fault diagnosis and resolution, Network Configuration and installation among other tasks. Below are some of my career highlights:1. Between October 2000 and April 2001 whilst working for Standard Chartered Bank Zimbabwe Limited, I participated in Systems Acceptance Tests for the bank’s newly acquired core banking systems. The tests were conducted in Reading, England.2. Between July 2001 and December 2001, I represented Standard Chartered Bank Zimbabwe Limited in carrying out further tests on the bank’s newly acquired core banking systems in Chennai, India.3. In 2002 I managed the Release and Change Control desk during implementation of new core banking system that was successfully achieved in February of 2003.4. Between April 2003 and April 2004, I was seconded to head the technical team which was tasked with implementing the new core banking systems in West Africa.5. Between June 2004 and February 2005, I successfully headed team of ten technical experts who were tasked with testing and implementing enhanced versions of core banking systems in Zimbabwe.Specialties: 1. Hardware, software and network design, configuration and installation and support.2. Client Support and Training to include preparation of relevant materials such as training and operational manuals.3. Project Management: This involves drawing up of various project management documentation such as scope, project proposal and test scripts.4. Disaster Recovery Management to involve Policy Formulation and drawing up of the relevant documentation.
