Key projects include:* Preparation of Development Feasibility for aprox. 6ha site at Area 20 Rouse Hill for Rezoning Submission which included:• Assessment of current planning controls and Indicative Layout Plan.• SEPP65 verification.• Development of analytical design models.• Preparation of design submission.• Liaising with consultants.

Responsibilities:• Management of architectural projects including design development, specification, documentation team management.• Liaise with clients.• Engage, co-ordinate and manage consultants.• Prepare monthly project progress reports for clients.• Prepare Statement of Environmental Effects.• Prepare Development Control plans and ESD policies for local government authorities.• Prepare BASIX certificates.• Prepare Statements of Heritage Impact & Conservation Management Strategies.• Prepare, maintain & review architectural project procedures and quality management policy. • Prepare tender submissions. • Prepare project consultancy costings and fee submissions.• Project program development & monitoring.• Develop quality assurance procedures and policies for AS9001 certification.• Develop environmental management policies and procedures for AS14001 certification.Key Projects Include:• Redfern Housing Redevelopment Project Redfern. Multi unit residential and Greenstar pilot project for Dept of Housing NSW. Value 31 million.• Hamlyn Terrace Specialist Retirement Village for Dept for Aging Disability & Home Care NSW. Aged Care / Healthcare and Greenstar pilot project for Dept of Ageing Disability and Homecare NSW. Value 31 million.• Redfern Waterloo Authority NSW. Asset refurbishment study for existing public housing. Value Approx. 4 million.• Prominence, Victoria Park, Zetland. Mixed use multi storey residential towers with basement car park. Value 65 million.• Preparation of Draft ESD DCP for Oran Park Town centre for Planning NSW• Preparation of DCP & Design guidelines for residential development in Shellcove. • Prepare Urban Design Options & user pattern analysis study for rezoning development site located at Victoria Avenue Castle Hill.• Waterways Cafe Vic. -Restaurant design.• Prepare Heritage Impact studies & Heritage Conservation Management Strategies for Integral Energy Assets.
