• Perform servicing, repair and overhaul, installation, supervision and commissioning assistance of KSB AMRI cryogenic butterfly valves on board for LNG Ships and other KSB AMRI butterfly valve on sites (Power Stations/Industrial Buildings/PUB Water Works).• Perform servicing, installation and upgrade, calibration and inspection as well as troubleshooting of Oil Discharge Monitoring Equipment for cargo and tanker ships.• Perform servicing and overhauling of actuators.• Housekeeping of service workshop.• Maintain service technical documentations.• Maintenance of service

1. Conducts all pre-shipment checks on equipment to ensure all equipment is available and fit for work 2. Works as crew member during the pre-shipment assessment and running test. Ensure safe rig up and operation of equipment in accordance with Company and Customer instructions 3. Ensures that post-job all Weatherford equipment is properly serviced, maintained and stored to ensure that the equipment will be in good order for the next job. Maintains full and accurate records of equipment usage, inspection, redress, repair and servicing in asset history folders. 4. Perform workshop duties prior to load out of equipment package including equipment inspection, assembly and testing. Ensure that all workshop activities are conducted in accordance with HSE Management Systems and relevant product line work instructions and guidelines. 5. Inspection of all equipment prior to load out to ensure compliance to work instructions and correct documentation. Collation of job work package including all relevant QAQC documentation. 6. Contribution to job safety assessment in order to meet company safety excellence. 7. Perform maintenance on SDS equipment such as: RCD models 7100, 7800, and 7875 super choke manifolds, separators, manifolds, hydraulic gate valves, manual gate valves, ball valves, etc 8. Perform maintenance on TPS equipment such as heaters, manifolds, burner booms, vertical/horizontal separators, centrifugal pumps, pipes, valves, storage tanks, etc. 9. Perform a test for hydro-MPD equipment, as well as testing equipment such as: pipes, hoses, DDV, RCD bowl, valves, etc. 10. Work as team member for internal periodic asset and inventory counts. 11. Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system.12. Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9001 (where applicable) quality assurance system

Performed machine troubleshooting, setup, conversion, and preventive maintenance of 200L Sputtering Machine. Maintained machine up-time to meet the machine OEE. Worked on PC-based machine. Functioned as team leader to a group of 7-8 employees. As a team leader, was tasked with delegation, guidance and development of timeline for completion of work assignments, and also for the provision of information or updates to supervisor regarding team’s progress. This also includes my ability to resolve problems with company’s interest and to work as a team player.

Understood, installed, and performed troubleshooting, preventive, corrective, minor and major repairs to the 200L PVD sputter deposition hardware and upgrade it in support of tool up-time requirements. Independently installed, commissioned and performed troubleshooting 200L, including retrofitting and upgrading at customer site (SEAGATE SINGAPORE). These were in done conjunction with my ability to resolve problems within the company’s interest and achieve customer satisfaction.
