Current1. Overall Management: Oversee the operation of a 220,000 sq. ft. warehouse, including 10,000 regular storage racks.2. Team Leadership: Manage multiple shifts and four major departments, supervising 70–140 frontline employees and a management team of approximately 10 salaried and hourly staff members.3. Operational Oversight: Direct all warehouse activities, including receiving and distribution operations. Implement new workflows, processes, and solutions to meet customer demands and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).4. Inventory Control: Manage an inventory of 500,000 units across over 30,000 SKUs, maintaining a 99.99% inventory accuracy rate and a 99% daily order fulfillment rate.5. Performance Monitoring & Training: Monitor workplace performance and lead training programs to enhance employee capabilities. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and establishing KPIs for warehouse staff. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Act as a liaison between Operations, IT, Sales, and Logistics teams, addressing issues and resolving customer problems or urgent requests.6. Project Management: Serve as project manager overseeing the full lifecycle of various construction projects, including pallet rack installations and security system setups.
