Supplier on-board training

1~Develop all necessary SQE activities include but not limited to, supplier process qualification plan, supplier quality requirement and expectation, material issue improvement, audit plan etc.Perform periodic supplier audit and risk assessment.2~Enhance and improve supplier quality awareness.3~Track and review periodic supplier quality/yield data and drive continuous improvement.4~Drive supplier for FA/CA /8D for any material quality issue.5~Develop supplier capability and manage supplier partner relationship.6~ Perform quality system audit, CSR /EHS/QPA/QSA audit and corrective actions tracking etc.7~Develop SQE team capability.8~Participate in CFT/KAIZEN team and organize regular meeting for project continous improvement

1~Responsible for the new supplier assessment /selection and conduct QSA & QPA audit to maintain AVL. 2~Drive supplier quality issues solving through 8D Procedure, including root cause identification and corrective/preventive actions definition & following-up3~Rank supplier matrixes based on the defined key supplier rating system (Monthly scorecard ,QBR)4~New Program follow up, buy off supplier process, implement PPAP and approve PSW, CTQ, FAI,FMEA, safe launch)5~Confirm original parts documents (drawings, specifications, etc.) and clarify all unclear points with customer or RD team6~Management of Incoming quality inspection, Review and release IQC inspection instruction, sampling level, STS rate.7~Measurement material quality RTV Dppm and improve with supplier.8~Work closely with cross function department to deal with urgent MRB quality issue.9~Deal with production line material and IQC inspection quality issue.10~Source inspection and corrective action verification for continuous improvement plan (CIP).11~Supervise SQE operation, hiring and training; set target, weekly meeting review, realize KPI.

1~Coordinate with customer and sales department to build proto, EVT, DVT samples and estimate cost increase business. 2~Critical document initiation (BOM, Flowchart,Drawing ,Spec, SOP, PPAP, FMEA, ECN, PCN) 3~Optimize process, lean operation for MP to realize productivity/quality.4~Work with sales and sourcing Dept in cost saving via supplier selection, parts substitution.5~Failure analysis and problem solving for production field and customer complaint.
