Held a variety of roles ranging from Application Development Head for Shared Services Asia Pacific with particular focus on Risk, Finance & Operations, Country IT Head India, Global Head IT Operations, Production and Testing Services (Investment Banking/Private Banking/Shared Services), Head of Centers of Excellence (CoE) in India and Poland- 18+ years across various technology roles defining and executing the IT Strategy aligned with Credit Suisse’s business domains of Investment Banking, Private Banking and Shared Services- Strong experience and accountability in delivering multi year cost efficiency and simplification programs- Managed organizations up to 2000+ staff across Switzerland, EMEA, Americas, APAC and CoE locations with budgets up to 200m CHF- A key driver of Credit Suisse’s Outsourcing Strategy and execution of it’s Centre of Excellence (CoE) strategy - Instrumental in the setup and build out of the CoE in Singapore, India and Poland and headed up the India and the Poland CoE - Deep experience in production management and stability, having been accountable for Production Stability and Testing/Quality Assurance across Investment Banking, Private Banking and Shared Services globally- Experienced application delivery capability, having delivered on various enterprise wide technologies across multi-year programs - Experienced Transformation and Change professional, having driven multiple organizational transformations and change programs on a global scale successfully - Senior leader and member of the Regional IT Management Committee, responsible for the overall Risk Management and Operational Stability framework in APAC- Key leader in driving the Campus Recruiting, Staff Mentoring and Diversity programs across IT in APAC- Extensive experience working across multi-cultural and multi-regional teams having worked and managed large teams in Singapore, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Switzerland, UK, US, Poland and India

I held various roles in the Information Technology Department in Asia, covering Application Development, Enterprise Applications implementation, Infrastructure Management, Delivery Management, Application Support, Line Management, IT Strategy development, heading Credit Suisse's IT operations in India and most recently heading the IB IT Production Services Group for APAC. The most recent role was as the Global Head for IT Operations/Production and Testing Services in Risk, Finance and Corporate Systems (Risk/Finance/General Counsel/Human Resources) in addition to running the IT Stability Program for Credit Suisse IT in APAC.
