Bezig met het constant introduceren en verbeteren van alle services die VodafoneZiggo in haar netwerk introduceert, om die in terminals zo optimaal mogelijk geimplementeerd te krijgen. Van zaken als NL-Alert, VoLTE (4g bellen), VoWifi (wifi bellen) tot het mogelijk maken van emergency calls over zowel VoLTE als VoWifi. Continue in contact dus met netwerk architecten, service designers, netwerk leveranciers, toestel leveranciers (zoals Apple en Samsung), chipset leveranciers (zoals Qualcomm en Mediatek) om tot de best mogelijke implementatie te komen. Daarnaast het mee verzorgen van rapportages om tot een zo goed mogelijk beeld te komen van het gebruik en functioneren van deze services op alle devices. Maar ook bezig met netwerk technologieën zoals NB-Iot, LTE-M en 5G. Show less
