As a Junior Acoustics Consultant at Dragonfly Consulting, I contribute to comprehensive noise and vibration assessments for various projects. Collaborating closely with senior consultants, I assist in data analysis, acoustic modelling, and report preparation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Utilising my keen attention to detail and proficiency in industry-specific software, I support the team in delivering effective solutions for clients across diverse sectors. My role enables me to deepen my understanding of acoustic principles while actively contributing to impactful projects in the field of sound management.I am also the co-founder and lead sound designer of Studio A51 which is a sound design studio based in Glasgow, Scotland, founded by two graduates, Calum Armstrong and Luc Retour. We specialize in creating unique soundscapes for small indie games and films. Our passion for sound design drives us to create immersive and captivating audio experiences that bring stories to life.During my volunteer positions as a live sound engineer. These opportunities were provided by Glasgow Caledonian University and were for COP26 and Celtic Connections. These roles had a number of responsibilities attached to them, such as: setting up the stage for each act; mixing sound for live acts; assisting guests with mics; mixing sound from guests for the room; and mixing sound from playback videos for the room.
