Dune London is a global company with over 350 stores worldwide; my key duties involve the selling of shoes and accessories while acting as an ambassador for the Dune brand. The work is target driven and I consistently reach and exceed my daily targets contributing to the weekly and monthly store targets. I genuinely enjoy the challenges that come with the customer-facing side of the business and feel my customer service is a definite strength. My conversion rates are high with an 80% success rate opting all of my sales transactions into email advertising, often resulting in repeat business. Other responsibilities include daily organisation and cleaning of the stores and inventory, cash handling and opening and closing the shop. As of August 2021, I also got accepted to transfer to the Glasgow store due to the fact I needed to move to pursue my studies.
