Over the last three decades, I have built a successful career in finance, business and biotechnology.I started with a key position as an investment banker with one of Canada’s largest financial institution, where I worked on nearly a billion dollars’ worth of transactions in the healthcare sector. As an executive, I went on to contribute to the growth of Theratechnologies, a publicly traded bio-pharmaceutical company. From 2012 to 2020, as CEO, I initiated strategic changes at the company, which opened the door to significant commercial activities in North America and Europe. Throughout my career, I have served on boards of directors for a variety of companies and organizations. As a director, chair or audit committee member, I have helped numerous organizations tackle the growth challenges. I am eager to join the boards of companies and organizations that could benefit from the knowledge and skills I have acquired over the last three decades.
