As a university sophomore, I have a strong foundation in mechanics and a passion for physics. In my academic past, I have spent two years actively participating in the LASA Robotics team, where I have honed my teamwork, problem-solving, and communication abilities. My accomplishments include competing in numerous competitions, and further becoming the mechanical lead during my senior year. I gained skills in managing people in working through a project in a timely manner and in educating new members on the various principles of both engineering design and fabrication of an FRC robot.Throughout my high school career, I have demonstrated mastery over 15 rigorous AP courses, including Computer Science, Engineering Physics: Mechanics and E&M, Calculus, and Statistics, and have intermediate-level programming experience in JAVA and Python. In addition, I have a fundamental understanding of mechanical design through taking engineering-related classes.This fall, I will be in general engineering planning to pursue an electrical and computer engineering degree, and am excited to pursue opportunities to apply my skills and gain practical experience.Overall, my experiences and achievements in robotics, physics, and STEM courses have equipped me with a solid foundation in these fields. I am eager to continue building on this foundation through internships and professional opportunities to contribute to the success of industry-leading organizations and achieve my goal of becoming a chip designer.
