About Luc Van Beers

Learn, earn, return. These days i am still learning and earning, but mostly returning as a consultant for free, and being a philanthropist. For over 25 years I was an award-winning (150+) alignment, reputation, change communication and internal branding expert with the ability to analyze complex business challenges, identify patterns and come up with impactful solutions. I still am owner of PROOF | employee & leadership alignment, the consultancy I started in 2001. But I am not involved in the daily operations. Wanderlust is my status quo, wondering and wandering the world and Amsterdam. I also participate in companies for good, and i am a non executive board member of some cultural foundations. My special interests/ what I am looking for:+ participating in creative industry+ joining supervisory / advisory boards + expanding my social entrepreneurship
