After a career in communications and HR management, I entered into the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) business. Being responsible for large volume recruitment solutions at Siemens, Daikin Europe, VF Europe, and Randstad / Tempo-Team, I learned all about the importance of well-oiled processes, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and last but not least competent teams. At the same time, developing sourcing strategies, was essential when I had to organize large recruitment projects for niche profiles in IT and engineering for AtoS, Worldline, and Daikin’s European Development Center. At TP Vision, I was responsible for the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and the RPO solution, the basis of a strategic workforce.I have managed teams up to 15 people. In this role I like to see myself as a motivator. I prefer building on people’s strengths, by providing coaching and training.
