I have studied a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology, finishing at the end of last year. I went into this not knowing exactly what I wanted to do when I finished but I knew I liked working with people, trying to understand why people make the decisions they make, and helping others work through problems. In my internship at SSI, I got to work on multiple innovative projects, some with participants in mind and some directed towards the organisation internally. I was also inspired, through both my internship and PA role, to utilise my lived experience with disability and contribute meaningfully to the diversity and inclusion space, wherever I work in the future. I am incredibly excited to be developing my skills in consulting at Accenture and exploring new and exciting things, being open to any opportunity to learn that comes my way. I also hope to contribute to the diversity and inclusion space at Accenture by becoming involved in the related committees.
