Some of my top responsibilities include:- Managing relations and communications with our key stakeholders.- Writing press notices to be sent out to key news outlets such as the BBC and ITV.- Gathering weekly intelligence surrounding trending news in healthcare.- Being an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion champion, helping to implement our strategies in this area.- Website management and maintenance. - Graphic design, designing covers for our key publications.- Writing and gathering content for a weekly newsletter sent out to all staff.- Putting together newsletters to go out to key stakeholders and the media.

Ensured that customers were shown to their correct seats and complied with the rules of the company that were performing. On hand to direct customers to different service points and answer any queries that they had. Responsible for selling theatre merchandise and confectionary, handling card and monetary transactions via a till and card machines. Occasional bar work.

Gave campus tours to prospective students and their bubble, showing them around the university and telling them the important information about university life. Participated in online zoom calls with prospective students, answering their questions about the university and the Politics, Languages and International Studies department.

Administrative assistant, answering email and phone calls on a wide variety of students' accommodation queries. Working on spreadsheets to process accommodation applications and assign prospective University of Bath students with accommodation for the upcoming academic year.

Created social media content for YouTube, discussing voting ages and important elements of democracy that voting impacts. Appeared in a Podcast discussing the Senedd 2021 election and why young people don't read advertised manifestos, and how to change this lack of readership.Participated in online meetings with affiliate companies, brainstorming how to make democratic information accessible to young people, and how incentivise people to vote.

I was a part of the waterfront team, trained in lifeguarding and also boat guarding for kayaks, canoes and paddle boards. As well as overseeing these activities, I assisted in teaching sailing lessons, kitchen duties such a prepping food and washing up, and was on call 22 hours a day for the children should they need anything. I also led games sessions, assisted in overnight campouts and campfire song singing.

Carried out waitressing duties: took customer orders, served their food and worked at the bar serving alcoholic drinks and processing payments. Served customers in weddings, funerals, birthdays and anniversary celebrations. Setting up tables for events and preparing decorations.Performed cleaning services in the hotel rooms: sprayed down bathrooms, hoovered, cleaned and changed bedsheets, ironed customer items.
