The Dial is an online magazine featuring locally sourced writing from around the world. I created their brand identity and website, design every issue, produce editorial illustrations and marketing assets, and work on all visual aspects of the publication.

Solid Starts is a comprehensive resource for introducing real food to babies led by a team of pediatric feeding experts and doctors. I developed their brand identity and now, as Design Director, oversee its implementation across all media, including the website, app, social media, and a wide range of print and digital materials.

Ensured that all client projects ran as efficiently and effectively as possible. Collaborated with design team on branding projects, including strategy and research, company and product naming, logo sketching, developing messaging and positioning statements, and working on a range of other creative solutions and applications. Wrote copy for pitches, proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials and created written content for all relevant gallery shows, seminars, workshops, and events. Also helped curate, organize, and coordinate the 2013 AIGA National Design Conference.Some of Eight and a Half’s clients at that time included The Criterion Collection, The New York Times, Brooklyn Public Library, Saturday Night Live, StoryCorps, and the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation.
