    Contracted initially to lead a major in-store brand transformation, I followed up with a second project delivering two major global rebrands and a business-critical packaging and labelling project that supported expansion into new territories, including USA.I oversaw the rebranding of Denim across Womens, Mens and Kids, from creative concept through to campaign delivery, working closely with external agencies and internal business partners to Board level.As part of this project I developed a packaging and labelling approach that was so effective it was rolled out as a blueprint.Other highlights included a major rebrand of Lingerie that was instrumental to a growth in UK market share from 12% to 20%, developing more segmented communications strategies that enhanced positioning and attracted new customers.One of my biggest career achievements to date was conceiving and delivering a transformation of in-store look and feel, achieving a step change in Primark brand proposition in in-store POS and display strategy still in use today.Securing executive sponsorship and investment, I led a large agency and internal team that delivered ten launch events across Europe, building an entirely new visual merchandising strategy from scratch and influencing a major shift in culture and staff engagement.We were proud to be shortlisted then placed second at the Internal Comms Award at PR Consultants Association Award in 2012.
