Building a marketing strategy from scratch to help Nigel to sell tickets to his magic show, resulting in 4 completely selling out and great success of his other shows plus very high engagement across social media. Involves elements of a paid ads campaign and PR, but mostly focused on organic social media growth with engaging content marketing tailored to a very niche audience. I gained over 1000 followers within the first month and as of November 2024, over 7,000 followers. The most viewed reel has over 65,000 views.

I am a professional wrestling commentator, backstage interviewer and podcaster. My commentary experience includes play-by-play, colour and solo at Atomic Pro Wrestling, True Grit Wrestling, Odyssey Pro Wrestling and many more. I have been trained by the likes of Kevin Kelly, Nigel McGuinness and Tom Hannifan and I have worked alongside many different broadcast partners. Rikki contacted me directly when he was looking for someone to manage his social media accounts when he realised he did not have enough time anymore to do this himself. He has many clients whom he supports in every aspect of personal training and he is hoping to upscale his business, meaning his social media presence is very important to him. I worked alongside Rikki to create daily schedules for posts, coming up with ideas and analysing performance data to optimise his feeds for his niche. I wrote concise and insightful copy and posted this alongside reels and photos according to a carefully thought-out, consistent schedule.Within the first 9 weeks of working for Rikki, his Instagram following increased by 700.

I have completed a 140-hour marketing internship at TBL Services, a sustainability consultancy, mainly focusing on creating engaging content for their social media channels and increasing their engagement across various channels. During my internship, their LinkedIn following increased by 30% and their Instagram following by 129%. This fantastic opportunity allowed me to learn about how sustainability can work for businesses, and get to grips with mastering different tones of voices for different audiences. I also greatly improved my LinkedIn marketing skills and my graphic design skills using Canva. I also wrote two blogs for their website and created a socials calendar for the entirety of 2023 to help the marketing team far beyond my internship.

I was also promoted to editor in a short space of time at the company, taking on the additional responsibility of editing the work of other writers using my close attention to detail.
