Key accountabilities of the role included:• Welcoming of patients, consultants and visitors to the Hospital• Clinic and TCI preparation • Data collection and input• Payment collection-small and large amounts of money ranging from the cost of a prescription to major surgery• General maintenance of cleanliness of public areas • Acting according to: Health and Safety Policies. DSE assessment, manual handling and fire procedures • Managing the hospital switchboard • The co-ordination of supplies• Use of computer systems SAP • Liaising with various departments to ensure patient needs are met
