As a Washington state Licensed Social Work Associate & Independent Clinical worker, I support individuals with mental health issues in a rural community clinic. I work with K-12 youth on a small island in the San Juan archipelago utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and different evidence-based somatic and mindfulness interventions to achieve improvements in mental and emotional well-being.
