As President of Snacks and Grocery at Conagra Brands, Lucy Brady has commercial P&L responsibility for a $5B portfolio encompassing 60 brands, and combines operating discipline, innovative strategic thinking, a collaborative, inclusive leadership style to build strong brands, innovation and a winning team that delivers outsized market performance. Lucy also serves as a public company director on the board of Bath and Body Works. Prior to Conagra Brands, as Chief Digital Customer Engagement Officer for McDonald’s, Lucy led the development and commercialization of digital strategies that helped transform the customer experience across 36,000 restaurants worldwide. This team brings together experts from technology, finance, operations, marketing, insights, analytics, and other functions to bring an unprecedented level of customer centricity to technology investments and deliver world class experiences that make a meaningful impact to the business.Previously Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, and Innovation, Lucy oversaw the team working to leverage key accelerators (delivery capabilities, loyalty, acquisitions, and other investments) to drive significant top- and bottom-line growth.Lucy joined McDonald’s following more than 20 years of experience advising some of the world’s largest consumer, retail, and franchise businesses. As a Managing Director and Senior Partner in Boston Consulting Group’s global consumer practice, she advised on developing consumer-centered growth strategies and performance improvement opportunities. Prior to Boston Consulting Group, Lucy worked in brand management, consulting, and portfolio roles with General Mills, Monitor, and Trammell Crow Ventures.With a passion for developing and mentoring, Lucy is a member of The Chicago Network, an organization of Chicago’s most influential women leaders committed to empowering the next generation of women leaders. She was featured and invited to speak at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Next Gen summit in 2018.Lucy was recognized as Top 100 Chief Digital Officers of 2022 by Hewlett Packard Enterprise and also featured in the 2021 issue of National Restaurant News on their annual Power List and on “The Power 20: Emerging Leaders” list, which recognized the next wave of great restaurant leaders.Lucy holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she ranked in the top 10% of her class, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
