My role is to support the growth of the business by providing insight, challenge and financial analysis of both new and existing business operations, ensuring the business maximises the value of its existing customers and potential new markets. Using this analysis we work with the business to deliver forecasting, reporting, analysis, and supporting decision-making around all of the various teams in growth & strategy and its sales interfaces.My main responsibilities include:• Management reporting; weekly KPI reporting around areas of risk to the MIF base such as Customer Attrition, Complaints, Termination Requests and failure to hit Service SLA’s, assist the production of the financial & KPI information on business performance for inclusion in exec board reporting, assist with the production of the weekly exec board updates on current business performance, work with the operational managers to assist in the production and update budgets & forecasts. • Business support; work Group wide to understand the reporting requirements, review current processes and to drive business focus on MIF Growth, work with all stakeholders and relevant teams to understand opportunities and risks within the business, support senior managers in the business to identify more efficient ways of working.• Focus on MIF Retention; produce adhoc analysis on both the internal and external factors that influence our customers, focus on the growth of our MIF base by identifying areas of risk and growth and reducing MIF attrition.

The main aspect of my role is to manage the administration for the department, as part of this I undertake processing invoices, manage department spend against budget and reporting. I work with different internal teams within the department including design, events management and marketing communications on a daily basis. As part of my work with the communications managers I collate the ROI generated from all of their lead generation campaigns on a monthly basis and create a report for the marketing manager. I also manage the internal promotions; marketing, administration, payments, tax reporting. I work with the business development managers to create promotions which meet their objectives such as sellings specific devices.

Within my sales assistant role the main tasks included working on the till, fitting room and assisting customers on the shop floor. As part of my role on the till I also to sign customers up for a store card. I also assisted with weekly sales figures on specific lines and product groups. As part of assisting on the shop floor stock was replenished, security tags checked, having a head set to be included on the town centre store radio system and stock was tidied on rails and tables. I also had experience of opening and closing the store which including putting the correct floats in to the tills and cashing up at the end of the day.
