Orr Fellowship is the ultimate post-grad experience. Fellows are recruited from the top seniors at universities in Indiana and other states, with an average acceptance rate of 6%. Converging in Indianapolis, these talented graduates join vibrant companies in positions that create a foundation for career success.Out of over 1,300 applicants, I was selected to participate in the two-year program with the host company, Ascend Indiana. In addition to full-time employment, Orr Fellows participate in a unique curriculum designed to challenge, develop and propel them toward a career of excellence as the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs. With two years that are jam-packed with receiving executive mentorship, growing a strong network, leading civic engagement efforts, and acquiring new skills, each Fellow stars in her or his own success story.

Senior Week, Commencement, Parents Weekend, and Honors Convocation, and Board of Trustee bi-annual meetings; groups ranging in size from 5 to over 1,000 guests-Skilled in Microsoft Word and Publisher; extensive experience in both written and design elements for campus communications incl., student government policy proposals, memos, press releases, work orders-Multiple published articles in College Connections Magazine distributed to over 2,500 constituents
