With over 10 years of experience in data science and AI, I am a leader in developing and delivering data-driven solutions that improve business performance and customer satisfaction. I am currently the R&D Group Manager at Air Liquide, where I lead a team of talented researchers and scientists in the US and Canada, working on novel projects that leverages machine learning and artificial intelligence to optimize customer journey, enhance business return, and lower carbon footprint. We also focus on improving the operational performance of production units and supply chains, aim to optimize safety, reliability, efficiency, and flexibility in our business activities while providing an excellent experience for our customers.I also partner with 2U, a public educational technology company, and deliver classes for executive-level students under MIT Sloan & CSAIL Executive Education certification program. Courses including: Machine Learning in Business; Artificial Intelligence - Implications for Business Strategy programs. My passion is to promote data science and AI as a field of innovation and excellence, and to create positive impacts with my expertise and experience. I have been nominated as one of the 120 Air Liquide Inspiring Women for the 120th anniversary of Air Liquide, and I am also a Local Senior Expert in Data & Decision Science - Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence and Smart Manufacturing and Automation.
