With over 13 years of dedicated experience in education, my core competencies lie in curriculum development, leadership, and the promotion of student health and well-being at Rugby Free Secondary School. My mission is to enhance the educational and personal development of our students, ensuring our curriculum supports their future success. My approach is empathetic, and I am committed to creating an inclusive environment that reflects the values and culture of our organization.In my current role since September 2020, I have been pivotal in running and planning health and social care programs across multiple qualifications. I've worked alongside the senior leadership team to foster personal development and have been recognized as the mental health lead within the school. My public speaking skills and empathetic management style have empowered me to effectively oversee staff and advocate for our students' well-being.
