I worked on a range of projects at TSB, including the annual TSB employee conference for 3,000 employees. For three years I provided overall project and budget management and regular updates to the Executive team as well as working closely with key people to design and deliver inspiring content. Ran several Leadership Working Groups for TSB's most senior managers, working closely with the CEO and HR Director on the overall agenda and content. Led the delivery of a new TSB tone of voice. This involved writing a stimulating brief and business case to secure the budget internally. I then managed the proposal and pitches to identify suitable third parties to help deliver the work. Managed all aspects of the work, including the design of a roll out plan. Delivered several tone of voice training sessions myself to senior managers. Led communications for a variety of transformation programmes, such as TSB's IT migration programme and the launch of the TSB Experience - TSB's largest investment in employee training. I also provided communications support on the HR roll out of a new and pioneering pay and reward approach. Secured support for delivering a new Digital Workplace and intranet, to move from Sharepoint to Office365, thereby allowing employees to access content on the go.

Responsible for developing and executing internal communications linked to the business objectives of the UK Commercial Bank. My role included overseeing CMB internal communications channels; providing advice and guidance to specific commerical segments such as Corporate & Structured banking; implementing integrated CMB communication campaigns; using measurement and insight to improve communications.

Managed a team to embed sustainability across all of HSBC’s Customer Groups, geographies and product areas through internal and external communication targeted at employees, customers and other stakeholders (including shareholders, employees and international media). The role involved working with Snr/Executive HSBC colleagues on a range of communication activity. Mutli-disciplinary role including media relations, internal communications, communications strategy & planning, report/publication development, sponsorship, marketing and event management. 
