Responsible for working as part of the pharmacy team to deliver excellent customer service and health care services to patients. Job specifications included taking in and giving out prescriptions, assisting with over-the-counter sales, dealing with enquiries from customers both over the counter and over the telephone, and providing correct and appropriate medical advice and guidance. Other responsibilities included administration work and cleaning.

Responsible for treating patients at large and small-scale public events, working closely with colleagues from Pro Vital Medical Services, company clients and contractors, Statutory Ambulance Trust’s, and the wider Emergency Services. In addition, ensuring a high standard of paperwork, including patient casualty forms and medical documents, whilst maintaining patient and client confidentiality and autonomy.

Skills developed: customer service, communication and teamwork.From September 2021 I worked as a supervisor, managing my colleagues and having more responsibilities. As a result, I developed leadership, communication and social media marketing skills.
