Pop Up Store Manager

- Picked to open and manage a Christmas pop up in the White Rose centre, liaised with centre management, contractors and company managers to ensure a smooth process- Responsible for recruitment, training and in-store HR, payroll, delivery schedules and communication between external companies- Managed a team of 15, motivated and delegated across a range of job levels (deputy, senior sales, flexi-part time sales)- Main point of call between centre HR and company management- Weekly conference calls to discuss and solve issues, manage commerciality and ensure targets are being hit. Conference call minute taking and distributing to store staff and four other pop ups in the area- Break down of monthly targets, as well as pay to sales targets (hit monthly bonus for staying within guidelines). Ensured team awareness of all targets, both personal and team targets, and a wider understanding of all KPI's (sales, ATV, UPT, data capture, footfall, customer retention)- Direct communication with company payroll bureau, and external payroll bureau. An in depth understanding of the company payroll guidelines, including basic pay, overtime pay, holidays, national insurance and tax allowances, sick pay and holiday entitlement
