Fully accountable for the Recruitment of Restaurant / Deputy Managers for 160+ Pizza Hut Dine in Restaurants across the UK. Will liaise with Regional Ops Directors /Area Managers to determine the management resource requirements for each Region. ⋄Develop & communicate clear strategy to these districts & individual customers. ⋄Manage & build effective relationships with recruitment suppliers & monitor effectiveness.⋄Pre-screening applications against pre determined criteria ensuring a consistent approach. ⋄Field based visits to attend final recruitment assessment day with candidate and Area Manager. ⋄Support and share best practice amongst the Resourcing, HR & Operations team.Responsible for Right to Work processes across company. ATS implementation experience and management of system to support all recruitment activity, in particular Team Member recruitment alongside the Restaurant Managers across the UK.

Here from initial set up of the recruitment centre, which was a completely new initiative for WH Smith, I installed quality measures in order to meet the highest standards in recruitment to our stores.
