As HR Business Partner, I am the main HR contact for NCPs support functions, National Operations Centre (NOC) and Customer Services. I work independently which requires me to make my own decisions by using my knowledge and experience. As well as holding the position of HR Business Partner, I am also responsible for a number of projects which include implementing and managing the Companies Reward and Recognition scheme, implementing a company wide employee forum to improve communication and most recently, I managed the relocation of a number of departments.

During my time as HR Assistant my role developed from being responsible for all HR admin to becoming a support role offering HR advice and support to key areas of the business.

The full recruitment cycle from issuing applications, seeking references, appointing, running induction sessions and assigning to appropriate roles Ensuring all facilities were appropriately and adequately staffedResolving staffing issues across the event site and being the staffing point of contact for approximately 1000 members of staff

This was a 13 month university placement split between the European Head Office and the Human Resources Service Centre at the UK Head Office. Successful completion of this placement was a pre-requisite for my Graduate CIPD membership and for the City & Guilds Licentiateship Award in Human Resource Management.
