My role was to lead on the commercial strategy. Whilst supporting & developing all the wholesale customers based around the world with strategic placement, promotions & NPD.Other duties included;• Commercial team management• New product strategy• Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key retailers • Launching trade options for salons & stylists

Based in HQ - Manchester, UK my role is to manage and develop our new international sales team, (launched February 2022) alongside managing our international key accounts & international distributors in Ireland, Dubai, Sweden & Norway. Duties also includes; account allocation, targets, pricing, international travel, event organisation, finding new business & supporting the team to convert leads. Existing account development is also paramount with new product launches, assisting with any events they may have, social media & business development.

During this period I was based in Los Angeles, USA to launch a range with American Hair Stylist & founder of Mane Addicts - Jen Atkin, as well as promoting our brand to the American market for 6 months, I had to find new business, conduct market research, give demos & in-salon training, develop existing relationships & promote the new Jen Atkin range.

On a monthly basis I wrote the content for the fashion and beauty pages of this community magazine. Personally sourcing and reviewing various beauty products and treatments alongside suggesting my tips for the latest on trend fashion finds!

Based within the marketing team initially I had various roles including, proof reading, designing marketing material, producing marketing strategies for specific campaigns including; the Peterborough Festival, the Christmas activities for the City, Fostering & Adoption department. After 2 years within this role I was moved into income generation, where I was tasked to raise funds using the local governments asset’s. I also took over the Roundabout Sponsorship scheme and doubled the annual turnover to a £100,000+ per year scheme. Resulting in gaining a large network of local business where I built strong relationships for future sponsorships.
