Since the pandemic, Our Media have made some changes to the way they work and use the office space. Hybrid working is here to stay, which means they have the space and opportunity to share their lovely offices with another business, and Our Media will transition to a more agile and efficient way of working.As Project Lead I manage all the logistical aspects of implementing this change.Responsibilities include:• Create and implement a project plan, ensuring key milestones are met on time and to budget• Plan office space – new areas for Our Media, new areas for subtenants• Identify and implement security measures• Identify and implement hot desking system/software for Our Media staff• Facilitate the transition to hot desking, organise furniture move/sale/redeployment• Act as point of contact for the new sub tenant during their move in process• Ensure the new sub tenant is fully integrated• Anticipate and mediate potential challenges or difficulties associated with the project, and advising the COO and senior leadership team• Champion the change across the business and provide updates to senior management• Work closely with HR and Comms Team to create and send comms to Our Media staff
