As a Customer Service Representative, I make sure that I bridge the gap between the customer and the company, ensuring that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective. I can say that am a tenacious problem solver and an expert in identifying the needs of customers through customer service, telecommunication, and product promotion experience, with a success rate in developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. I combine effective communication, analytical skills, detailed product knowledge, research and drive to lead my team in managing the customers, ensuring prompt and effective customer satisfaction delivery which also helps in customer retention.
