Advises corporate and private clients on a range of immigration and nationality issues:- Specialises in Tier 2 sponsor and employee-related immigration; - Advising on inititial sponsor licence applications and renewals;- Advising HR personnel on meeting right-to-work checks;- Conducting mock audits;- Presenting training and workshops to HR teams on Tier 2 changes, right to work processes;- Attending Home Office visits and assisting employers and employees with the steps to be taken for sponsorship in the UK; - Presenting Brexit workshops;- 1:1 consultations regarding Brexit on client sites;- Advises on immigration issues relating to EEA Nationals and their family members, includes assisting with entry clearance applications for an EEA Family Permit and in-country applications for an EEA Residence Card, plus applications for permanent residence in the UK and retained rights of residence;- UK Ancestry visas and their route to settlement;- Appendix FM applications includes entry clearance and further leave to remain;- Surrogacy matters under UK immigration law;- Settlement applications across the immigration spectrum;- Returning Residence applications;- Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) extension applications;- Assisting applicants with naturalisation and registration applications to become a British citizen; and- Provides assistance with first British passport applications from inside and outside the UK
