SMOOF (formerly known as TKStarley) is a small but highly skilled digital design agency with a diverse and interesting portfolio of clients, from large companies to fast-paced start ups. We specialise in beautiful design, clever UX and bespoke web and application development. We also love spending time working on our own in-house projects. Currently we are working together on emble.io (an event planning app), and are in the process of locking down our second round of investment. We relish being involved with interesting and rewarding projects that help us grow together as a team. She works to ensure that all clients get excellent service from concept to completion and beyond. Lucy managed Castle Galleries in Leamington Spa for over 4 years after being promoted from Art consultant. The gallery displayed & retailed original artwork, signed limited edition prints & sculpture & represented many well renowned artists.Lucy's role involved leading, motivating & developing a small team to meet & exceed targets related to all areas of the business through providing an excellent, tailored & bespoke service to all potential & current clients. Through doing this she built many lasting relationships.Lucy enjoyed both the creative side of the role, curating the gallery's displays & exhibitions making the gallery a welcoming & inspiring environment & also the meeting of such a variety of people - art lovers & collectors, artists & those who worked within the gallery network & art publishers (Washington Green Fine Art Publishing.)Lucy was encouraged to & took on training many Art consultants & new Gallery Managers too stemming from her success in the role of Gallery Manager.Lucy relished finding the perfect piece of artwork for any client & continues to find it very rewarding to know that the artwork will bring them happiness for many years.

Lucy worked as an Art Consultant in Castle Galleries in Leamington Spa for over 2 years & in this time she performed many roles to ensure she upheld the galleries high standards by; working front of house & offering impeccable service to all who visited the gallery, curating & hanging the gallery space & visual merchandising, planning events, preparing & receiving deliveries, stocktaking, ordering of supplies, completion of Health & Safety tasks, handling of money, managing the client database & going out to clients home's with artworks to be shown in situ (home approvals) outside of work hours amongst other things.The facets of the role of Art Consultant that she experienced prepared Lucy to take on management of the gallery in 2010.
