Manage 4 divisions of technical design, Collection, T-Tahari, Private Label and Off Price.Responsible for all sample fittings with Mr.Tahari, Design teams, Pattern makers and Production managers.Supervise all Tech Designers for Tech Pack and pattern corrections.Supervise quality control through production approval and maintain fitting consistencies within the 4 divisions.Create technical pack from development stage through production.Verify sewing and garment construction to submit accurate information to the factories.Attend all the fittings with Design, Production and Technical Designer, provide technical expertise to achieve a desired look through balance of the patterns, construction, sewing, trim and cutting.Provide technical diagrams and detailed photos to the factories to achieve the best result for the next sample level

Pattern Maker, Digitizing, Grading and Marker Making in the Gerber System.Attend Design Pre-Fit and Production Fittings to make all the required pattern corrections.
