I am responsible for the development of the arts and crafts products at James Galt.Duties include:Analysing the market for new product development opportunities.Working with the design department to deliver the best product in the market at all times.Full critical path management.Maximising profit margin through effective worldwide sourcing and negotiating costs on new products.Sourcing and visiting suitable factories and trade shows in the Far East.Working with the in-house Quality Manager.Working with the Sales Department to obtain and analyse sales figures which will influence your decisions on new product launch plans.
