I am responsible for the day to day running of a busy bakery. This involves the following accountability's: Staff management in all areas, finance and marketing. Within the above fields i have dealt with staff recruitment including inductions, hiring and dismissal, financial reconciliations, managing food preparation and service adhering to the food hygiene and safety regulations.

I was responsible for managing the catering department within the international language school.Accountable for accurate VAT returns, arranging daily menus, stock control at all levels and dealt with wages for catering staff.

Whilst working at the university i was promoted to the above position and was responsible for Cambridge University Libary, The Buttery at Sidgewick Avenue and The Botanical Gardens Tea Room. The duties for these include insuring the three independant departments where accountable for their own financial transactions, managing the food preperation and service adhering to the food safety and hygiene regulations, key holder and designated contact for all three premises and organising Weddings, Parties, Meetings, Conferences, Charitys, Sporting events for upto 250 covers and also dinners for dignatorys on behalf of the University.
