As Head of Digital, I led a team of designers, developers and product managers to build digital products and experiences that meet our users' needs. Our team works to help our community of circular economy innovators to connect to the latest thought leadership and collaboration opportunities.

Whilst studying for my Masters degree, my role shifted into a part-time hybrid role between UX research and design and project management. I introduced user-first design principles into our design approach.

I led the transition from an outsourced agency to establishing our first in-house digital team. Responsible for project managing all of our digital projects, including the redesign of EMF.org and the development of our first online events platform.

Working across all of the programme areas at the Foundation including business, education and analysis. Responsible for external communications, project communications planning, social media strategy, media relations and content marketing. Since taking on my role at the Foundation, we have featured in major media news outlets including BBC News, CNBC, Al Jazeera, the Financial Times, The Guardian, Wired, Fast Company and Harvard Business Review. Broadcast interviews with Ellen MacArthur have reached over 100 million households worldwide.Key communication events have included launching the Foundation's economic reports at the World Economic Forum and the creation of the Disruptive Innovation Festival (DIF), an innovative online learning platform exploring 21 century developments that are reshaping the economy.
