I started out as the receptionist/administrator whereby I looked after the front desk, taking phone calls, booking appointments, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, citing paperwork, answering general questions from members & non-members.I have sinced progressed away from the the front desk, to complete Statements of Advice for 4 adviser, whilst continuing my progression through to an adviser myself. I started out working on the coffee cart, moved through to a front of store (cashier), working my up to a grade 3 employee which involved working on the service desk. Regual audits where undertaken & during my time as cash office assistant the store received the highest level of audit in the state and the highest the store had ever received. I then was asked to be apart of the Future Leaders program, that required regular trips to Melbourne to undertake manager training.
