Second line technological support for in-house sales fulfilment systems.

This role involved:• Being the first point of contact for all incoming leads, and Customer Services and Marketing team queries.• Managing sales leads and cultivating client relationships to generate new, high value sales.• Assisted in the implementation and development of a new sales lead process together with IT and sales teams, as the project lead.• Using Atlassian JIRA issue tracking software and Microsoft Excel to input enquiries and report sales lead figures, and to track, allocate, and organise the sales team to follow up sales leads.• Sending bespoke subscriber agreements to customers and fulfilling completed orders.• Using Microsoft CRM and Great Plains/Dynamics software for reporting, preparing and chasing invoices and managing customer data. I have some knowledge of MS CRM Form customisation and relational databases.• Provide Atlassian JIRA tracking software training and assistance to the sales team as and when required.• Sending out publication order forms and associated information to new customers.• Processing Credit Card payments using Commidea Application Manager software.• Processing email and monthly publication returns.
