As Tribunals Coordinator, I am responsible for overseeing the disability benefit Tribunal appeals. I develop and maintain relationships with Law Firms who take Tribunals cases for us pro bono, and act as the primary point of contact for solicitors and volunteers who have technical questions regarding the application of the law, as well as guiding them on.

Working within the Casework Team, I provided legal advice and assistance to clients on their welfare benefits and housing issues. I also assisted the Tribunals Coordinator with supporting pro bono volunteers by assigning clients with disability benefits appeals, and overseeing the drafting of their written submissions.
