Current• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software, minimizing disruption to user productivity• Implement proactive measures, including software updates and patches, to enhance system performance and security• Manage IT service requests and incidents through ServiceNow, optimizing workflows for timely resolutions• Utilize ServiceNow to generate and track support tickets, ensuring effective communication and follow-up with end users• Conduct network troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues, collaborating with network teams as needed• Oversee IT asset management, tracking inventory and managing the lifecycle of hardware and software deployments• Coordinate the setup and configuration of IT equipment for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
