A project role, focused on the resourcing aspect of a business restructure, in line with regionalisation and ambitious growth plans. Responsible for ensuring a fair, consistent and robust process, for the 500 impacted employees across multiple regions.Collaboration with business leads, People Business Partners, Internal Comms and Change Consultants to adapt and deliver in line with shifting deadlines, while retaining a consistent focus on candidate experience.Responsibilities included:• Creation and implementation of a new application and assessment process • Design of supporting documentation for candidates, people managers and assessors • Planning and implementation of robust off-site assessment centre and suitable scoring matrices – 130 candidates over a four day period • Creation of new assessment material and implementation of new profiling tool, used to capture employee potential• Organisation of outplacement support and feedback• Liaising with external recruitment providers, to ensure best practice, as the internal assessment process came to a close
